Could this be our lucky day? Might we be on our way to the road to riches?
Probably not. Let’s have a look, shall we?

We are at a complete loss as to why all these people who have managed to get their hands on our money never seem to know our name.
We are also a bit puzzled as to why the Western Union company, which more or less invented electrical communication, has had to resort to using peoplepc.com to provide a means for them to send out email.
We would have expected a telegram at the very least.
This is the second email we are sending you now after two weeks, if you get this, we write to inform you that we have already sent you $5000.00 USD dollars (Five Thousand US Dollars) through Western Union as we have been given the mandate to transfer your full compensation payment of $500,000.00 USD (Five Hundred Thousand US Dollars) through Western Union Money Transfer by this Government.
The first statement begs the question as to what our response should be in the event that we do not get this one either.
Was there a similar concern with the first one, the one which we did not get?
Does he mean “if you get this” as in “if you receive this” or does he mean “if you understand this”?
We are not sure.
It appears that our correspondent feels that we are unfamiliar with the use of numerals and has felt it necessary to spell the amounts out so as not to tax our tiny mind. This leads us to conclude that he fears we may not comprehend his meaning. Perhaps that is what he meant by “get”.
We are afraid to ask, but exactly which government is this?
We shall be sending $5000.00 USD dollars (Five Thousand US Dollars)per day for you to pick up from the nearest Western Union Money Transfer office in your location.
Wonderful, we shall have something to do for the next three months, or longer if it is to be the next 100 (One Hundred) business days.
We were wondering how we were going to fill the time.

We wonder if Mr. Jose Mendez will tire of this before the thousand days have passed. Alas, we have no telephone, would a telegram suffice?
Payout Officer Name: Jose Mendez
email: wupayunitcare@live.com
It appears that peoplepc.com is not capable of fulfilling all the email requirements of the Western Union company and they have had to go elsewhere for extra capacity.
Oh, how the mighty have fallen since the days when Western Union telegraph lines ran coast to coast.

Once again our hopes and dreams must come crashing down.
We are certain that no good would come of contacting Mr. Mendez just as we are certain that there would be some mishap or another that would require our paying some fee or another to ease things along.
There is no $500,000 waiting somewhere to be doled out to us one percent at a time. Mr. Mendez is not sitting somewhere out there patiently waiting to send us $5,000 a day.
Please, do not communicate with Mr. Jose Mendez or Mr. Henry Taylor should they offer the money to you. Simply, delete the email and go back to your life.
This is a Fraud.
Tha is all.
