We present variations on a theme by unknown performers intent on parting you from your money. The works below are by unknown authors, identified only by their Fraud names.

I am the above named person, who is now undergoing medical treatment; I was married to late Mr. Vikrom Daw who worked in the United Kingdom for Nine years. We were married for Twenty four years without a child and my late husband Mr. Vikrom Daw died on the 15th March 2008

First, I must apologise to you for using this medium to communicate to you about this project I am the above named and I was married to Mr. Ronald Rich who worked with the British embassy in Kuwait for nine years before he died in March, 2007.We were married for eleven years without a child.

Oh my, three rich childless widows need our help. Mrs. Horn has been doing fine without us for eight years, Mrs. Rich has been on her own for four years and Mrs. Daw has been fending for herself for three years.

finance Company and the management just wrote me as the beneficiary to come
forward to sign for the release of this money or rather issue! That somebody
to receive it onmy behalf if I can not come over.Presently

When my late husband was alive he deposited the sum of $450.000.00 Four Hundred and Fifty Thousand United States Dollars with one Finance house Presently in Bangkok Thailand.

Mrs. Van Horn’s husband seems to have been the best businessman of the lot at $9.5 million, with Mr. Rich a close second and Mr. Daw, who tripped coming out of the gate.

Now comes the part we like the most, where they tell us why they suddenly feel the need to burden us with their woes.

I’m in ahospital in Netherlands where I have been undergoing treatment for cancer of the breast and Pneumonia. I have since lost my ability to talk and my doctors have told me that I have only a few weeks to live. It is my last
wish to see this money distributed to charity organizations anywhere in the
World. Because relatives and ! friends.

I have been in the hospital for eight months suffering from breast cancer. The 1st surgery has been conducted and I lost one of my breast and still have the pains that makes me crying every day and night looking up to God to save my life. Recently my Doctor told me that another surgery will be conducted and I may not survive it because, the cancer has grown to bad.

my doctor told me that I would not last due to cancer problem. Though what disturbs me most is my stroke.

What could they possibly want with us, we asked with feigned surprise?

I want a person that is God fearing that will use this money to fund
churches, orphanages and widows propagating the word of God and to ensure
that the house of God is maintained. The Bible made us to understand that
blessed is the hand that giveth. I took this decision because I don’t have
any child that will inherit this money and my husband relatives are not
Christians and I don’t want my husband’s hard earned money to be misused by
unbelievers.I don’t want a situation where this money will be used in an
ungodly manner.I am afraid since so many things are happening in the world
now,like:hurricanes,earthquakes, bird flu and the Innocent and homeless
people of the Tsunami disaster.I just want you to be open minded and help me
so that my funds can make a great change in the affected people’s lives.
Hence the reason for taking this bold decision. I am not afraid of death
hence I know where I am going. I know that I am going to be in the bosom of

Having known my condition, I decided to donate the $450.000.00 Four Hundred and Fifty Thousand United States Dollars my late husband deposited with a Bank here in Bangkok Thailand to a charity and the less privilege organization through your help. For Example the Orphan, Old people’s home and also to the homeless I took this decision because I don’t have any child that will inherit these Funds. I want you to always pray for me as I have no life again says my doctor. It will be my pleasure to receive your sincere response and promise that you will carry out this task as a good Samaritan and to the glory of GOD. Having known my condition I decided to donate this fund to cancer research centers I am therefore looking for any individual that will utilize this money the way I am going to instruct.The person must also donate to orphanages, Research centers and widows propagating the word, I took this decision because I don’t have any child that will inherit this money. I don’t want a situation where this money gets into the wrong hands of my husband’s relatives hence I am taking this bold decision. I am not afraid of death hence I know where I am going. What a sad world we live in. Three lonely wealthy widows, with $19.5 million dollars between them and they are forced to solicit aid on the internet by sending emails to random people. Of the three, only Mrs. Daw seems free of greedy money-grubbing relatives. Perhaps they feel $450,000 isn’t worth the time or maybe they’ve been in touch with Mrs. Van Horn and Mrs. Rich.

Three sick women in hospitals and no one is able to help them find a worthy charity where they can donate their money. Not a single person at the hospitals knows of anyone in need, or is aware of any sick children. The hospitals have all the latest technology and have nowhere to expand or upgrade.

This is a terrible state of affairs indeed.
